We want to thank all our patients for your support over the last 32 years. A referral is the greatest compliment we can receive from our patients! Historically our best new patients come from our wonderful existing patients, so if you are pleased with us, tell all of your friends. As a way to say thank you when you send us a referral we will enter you into our Referral Reward Program outlined below. This is our first Referral Rewards Program and it will begin November 1, 2010. We would like to thank you for your continued support and allowing you to let us serve you.
How does the Referral Reward Program Work?
When it comes to promoting the benefits of our office, nothing beats word-of-mouth referrals. As a patient of ours, we respect your opinion. Those casual conversations with friends, co-workers and neighbors can have a tremendous impact on their decisions regarding their next dental heal care provider and our ability to provide them with those services. This program allows you to refer your loved ones, with the opportunity to benefit from it. Our Referral Rewards Program is unlike any other you’ve seen or participated in. It is unique to the dental field and is only offered in our office.

We have designed our Referral Rewards Program to allow for the opportunity to win one of many great prizes. Odds of winning are based on actual number of participants and referrals. Even if you don’t win an official prize, the Personal Satisfaction is an awesome reward in and of itself.

What’s in it for friends, coworkers and neighbors?
The inside scoop – This referral gives your friends and neighbors a way to feel confident in their decision to use our services. So next time you are talking over the back fence to a neighbor, or to a coworker at lunch, and they ask about dental work or are complaining about it … tell them about our Office and Dr. Reggie Young. We provide care with unsurpassed quality, in an environment where our staff are your friends and Dr. Reggie Young treats you as family. If they schedule, then we can now welcome a new member to the family.
Summary of the official rules:
Who can participate?
All existing patients, including children. Are you a patient, yet we’ve never met your husband and kids? Why not? We see patients from ages 6 months – 100+. Employees and their immediate families are not eligible.
Definition – “Referral” is an individual who is not currently an existing patient. Your referral must lead to the formation of a new file in our system. The type of treatment rendered is not relevant. So long as they have a single service provided.
How will prizes be distributed? We will hold a drawing the first business day after the end of the program. Winners will be contacted for prize pick-up at our office.
